BOARD OF ABATEMENT NOTICE & AGENDA

In accordance with VSA Title 24, section 1534 & 1535 & 801, notice is hereby given that the Board of Abatement within and for the Town of Wardsboro is called to meet on Tuesday, the 14thday of April 2026 at 6:00 o’clock in the evening at the Wardsboro Town Office to hear requests for abatement of property taxes, interest, and/or fees on the following properties:

6:00 pm –Town of Wardsboro, 4093 Route 100, residential

6:15 pm –- Wardsboro Solar LLC, Sheldon Hill Road, utility

6:30 pm –- Local Liberty, Inc., 23 Main Street, commercial

Appellant: Town of Wardsboro

Applicants should appear and be ready to present their evidence at the date and time set forth above. If an applicant (or representative of the applicant) fails to appear at the hearing, the abatement request will be decided on the basis of the information submitted in the abatement request form.
