Foreman’s Report 10-14-25

Work completed in the last two weeks

• Highway work completed
  • Newell hill roadside mulching is close to complete
  • Fall touch up grading weather dependent
  • Worked with GMP and MT3 resurfacing Terwilliger rd, buried lines are in and road is in good shape
  • Gilfeather rd stumps are being ground down below road surface so the wing can clear the road fully
  • Started to blow leaves off roadways, ditches and culverts
• Salt/Sand
  • Still haven’t received salt pricing
  • Sand is still being delivered
• Maintenance
  • Swapped tires on all trucks to winter tires
  • Put on plow frames all dump trucks
  • Loader was serviced, direction lever was replaced
  • Grader is scheduled for service, waiting to hear back from service tech at United Ag
  • T4 serviced at DDS, oil and filters

Plan for the next two weeks

• Oil undercoat equipment
• Get plows pulled out, cleaned up and greased
• Put wings on and check hoses/fittings
• Leaf blowing roads
• Fall touch up grading and spreading material over thin spots
