Foreman’s Report 10/8/24

Highway work completed

o Continued brush cutting on Terwilliger rd
o Ditch work on Terwilliger, stone lining, grass seeding and hayin
o Widened Terwilliger intersection
o Leveled off fill on road shoulders to help strengthen road edges
o Hauling material and getting turn arounds cleaned up before winter
o Grading potholes out of roads, spot grading where needed
o Potter road swail installed on south end
o GMP topcoating roads hoping to be done by end of this week

Maintenance

o Loader needs new throttle pedal, townline will come replace and program new pedal

Other

o A.S. Clark still working on East Hill
o New t2 headed for equipment around end of December
o Guardrails will be worked on beginning on the 15 th for about a week

Plans for next 2 weeks

o Continued work on Grants in Aid
o Continue spot grading and leaf blowing
o Get winter tires on in the next few weeks
o Get plow frames put on trucks
o Order tire chains
