Foreman’s Report 12/17/24

Work completed in the last two weeks

• Highway work completed
  • Plowing and sanding has been taking up a majority of time with the storms we have had.
  • Repairs were made to Finkle rd, Dover rd and Gault rd that had some shoulder erosion from the rainfall last week
  • Cleaned up downed trees from the heavy snow and rain storm
  • Trimmed low hanging branches while plowing
• Maintenance
  • T3 auger motor replaced, sander back in working order
  • Replaced chains on T1, cut to length
  • Weld T2 spinner tensioner on
• Other
  • Ordered 3 loads of salt to get the shed filled back up

Plan for the next two weeks

• Organize shop and clean out bays
• Cleanup at the dump, fridges and construction debris
• Monitor weather and road checks as needed
• Replace broken spring on T2
• Grease and inspect trucks
