Foreman’s Report          3/25/2025

Work completed in the last two weeks

• Highway work completed
  • Repaired scours from last weeks rain storm, most were smaller shoulder scours
  • Placed stone in areas that were getting soft and smoothed them out with the grader
  • Spot grading where needed
  • Put up road signs for muddy roads
  • Salt/sand as needed
• Maintenance
  • Wing plows pulled off from trucks and grader
  • Greased up all equipment and checked fluid levels
  • Fixed T1 broken air can, adjusted brakes
  • Swapped T1 tires as metal was showing from running chains
• Dump
  • Nothing to report

Plan for the next two weeks

• Cut brush on Melis Rd, prepare for culverts this summer
• Mulching on Boardman loop to get some of the brush out of the roadway
• Monitor roads, spot grade as weather allows
• Paint wing plows and replace cutting edges for next year
• Paint grader wing
• Get truck bodies cleaned out and fix chain covers, oil after
