Work completed in the last two weeks

  • Highway work completed
    • Culvert and ditch work in Sheldon Hill
    • Touch up grading
    • Roadside mowing is about halfway done
    • Mulching roadsides on Gilfeather with excavator
    • Trucked material to stock pile
  • Salt/Sand
  • Maintenance
    • T1 was serviced at ATG
  • Dump
    • Freon was evacuated from a group of fridges and Todd is taking them apart and putting them in dumpsters
  • Other
    • Blackpiece rd, 3rd house has been building in the right of way
    • GMP wants to bury power in Sheldon Hill, will gather more info
    • Consolidated wants to bury communication on Sawmill Rd, permit and map will be available at meeting to discuss

Plan for the next two weeks

  • Fall grading and spraying chloride
  • More ditch work in Sheldon hill
  • Top coating roads in Sheldon hill with cerpak
  • Scour touchups from previous rain storms
  • Continued tree work on East Hill
