Work Completed
- Started work on Melis rd including cutting problem trees and dead trees in the right of way, as well as cerpaking the hill and ditching the culvert inlet and outlets
- Road grading has continued around town with chloride being spray after roads are done
- GMP is finishing up the last bit of road work in town with only having to cover up the culverts on the south side of town remaining
- Cerpak has been hauled into areas with low gravel cover
- T. Dam rd intersection was reworked to prevent rainfall scouring intersection as badly
- Roadside mowing is completed
- GMP topsoiled side of rd by Frosts house to slow water runoff as requested by homeowner
Equipment & Administrative Notes
- Dump truck tires have been ordered
- Quote has been requested for grader tires
- T2 and T3 have been oil undercoated in house this year
- Excavator hose replaced on ditching bucket
- Brush hog will be shipped next week
- Attended meeting about salt group buy
Plan for the Next Two Weeks
- Submit and work on Grants in Aid before deadline
- Replace t1 bed chain and wear plates
- Oil T1 and T4
- Continue road grading and spraying chloride with hopes to get most of the roads done before leaves begin to fall
