Foreman’s Report 9-22-26
Work Completed
- Mulching with excavator on various ( Tomlinson, S. Wards, dump rd)
- Brush hogging has started with excavator
- Gravel brought to Fornuto, Hescock, Fairview and Dover rd
- Road grading continues ( Newell rd, end of Smead touch up, Dover rd, Fornuto, Fairview and Hescock
Equipment & Administrative Notes
- T1 Pulled apart to replace bed chain, tensioners, wear plates and undercoat after finished
- T2 had to go to ATG for warranty and recall work involving exhaust and suspension
- T3 replacement – truck is estimated to be built in December, then on waitlist for body shop
- Met with WRC and contractors around town buildings for improvements
- Culvert order has been completed
Plan for the Next Two Weeks
- Use brush hog attachment and mow some main roads
- Continuing gravel on Dover rd
- Grading out roads before winter
- Blowing leaves
- Monitor possible Nor’easter this coming weekend (monitor wind and rain)
