GRIEVANCE DAY – June 07, 2025

Property Owners in the Town of Wardsboro

The Wardsboro Board of Listers will hold grievance hearings on Saturday, June 7, 2025, from 9:00AM to 12 NOON in the Wardsboro Town Office.  Any Wardsboro property owner wishing to contest appraisals set during the past year shall on or before the day of the grievance meeting, FILE WITH THE BOARD OF LISTERS HIS OBJECTIONS IN WRITING and may attend grievance meeting in person or by his agents or attorneys.  Please call prior to June 7, 2025 (802- 896-1001) for an appointment.  All persons grieving their property appraisals MUST file a written statement giving reasons for their complaint with the Listers on or before June 7, 2025.  Please be aware of the importance of this date; appeals received after June 7, 2025—even if postmarked by June 7, 2025—are untimely and cannot be heard.
