GRIEVANCE DAY

Property Owners in the Town of Wardsboro

The Wardsboro Board of Listers will hold grievance hearings on Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 9:00AM to 1:00PM in the Wardsboro Town Office.  Any Wardsboro property owner wishing to contest appraisals set during the past year shall on or before the day of the grievance meeting, FILE WITH THE BOARD OF LISTERS HIS OBJECTIONS IN WRITING and may attend grievance meeting in person or by his agents or attorneys.  Please call prior to June 20, 2026 (802- 896-1001) for an appointment.  All persons grieving their property appraisals MUST file a written statement giving reasons for their complaint with the Listers on or before June 20, 2026.  Please be aware of the importance of this date; appeals received after June 20, 2026—even if postmarked by June 20, 2026—are untimely and cannot be heard.
