Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA)

NOTICE OF HEARING ON May 14, 2026 7:00 PM at Wardsboro Town Office, 71 Main St. and via online meeting.

Two zoning permit applications will be reviewed consecutively:

1) Application #2026-18 and ZBA application #2026-02 by Candlelite LLC.  Site Plan Review followed by Conditional Use Review to increase boarding house capacity to 16 guests at 365 Stratton-Arlington Road.

2) Application #2026-20 and ZBA application #2026-01 by William Grimes. Variance requested for additional secondary use on property to operate retail thrift shop in existing barn at 861 VT Route 100.

Applications may be inspected at Wardsboro Town Office. Interested persons may participate in hearings or, with written permission, be represented by an agent or attorney.
