Zoning Administrator
If you are planning to:
- subdivide your land;
- construct, reconstruct, relocate, or enlarge a structure, including a basement or cellar;
- alter or convert a structure to make it wider, longer or taller, or closer to a setback from a property boundary, road right-of-way, watercourse, or wetland;
- mine, excavate, fill, or disturb land, including extracting earth or mineral resources or constructing ponds or otherwise impounding water;
- change or extend use as defined in the zoning bylaws;

Listers:
The primary responsibility of the listers is to determine the fair market value of your property; all real property commonly known as real estate is assessed. Real property is defined as land and any permanent structures attached to it. This value is converted into an assessment, which is one component in the computation of real property tax bills.
